Francis Galbally
Executive Director of Value Growth Capital Pty Ltd. Francis' business experience ranges from the property and hospitality industries to the insurance and finance industries. Francis has extensive experience in corporate, commercial and taxation law having practised as a lawyer for 18 years prior to entering the business world.
Nathan Stirling AM
Nathan is a lawyer with over 20 years experience in the not-for-profit sector. Nathan's academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor in Law and a Masters Degree in Management. In 1999, Nathan was made a Member of the Order of Australia in recognition of his management and contribution to youth welfare programs in Australia.
Katherine Kennedy
Katherine has 15 years experience working at senior levels in the IT sector in Ireland and Australia and worked as Group Manager of Technical Strategy and the Textile R&D program for the Woolmark Company in Australia.
Patrick Tidmarsh
Patrick is the Manager of Sex Offender interviewing for Victoria Police Sexual Offence and Child Abuse Units. He has been a core contributor in a range of Australian and international initiatives in the field of treatment for adult and adolescent sexual offenders. Patrick also works as a dramatherapist and educator, developing and running programs for criminal justice and community groups.
Stuart Alford
Senior partner with the international accounting firm Ernst & Young, Stuart is a chartered accountant with over 45 years in the accounting profession. He has significant experience working with NGOs and organisations in the not-for-profit sector.
Hazel Thompson
Hazel has extensive experience in senior management positions in the Finance and Services industries in Ireland, England and Australia. Prior to establishing Excelerator Pty Ltd in 2006, Hazel was Senior Business Development Manager with Ernst & Young for 7 years.
