Implementing child protection within international development programs
Aims of training:
The overall aim of the training is to implement a zero tolerance approach to all forms of child abuse within international development and aid programs. This training provides a clear understanding of how to implement child protection strategies in all overseas aid programs. It will help organisations enhance their approach to child protection through risk assessment and risk management policies and procedures, outlining child safe recruitment and selection strategies, and outline clear procedures for raising concerns about child abuse.
