This one day training is delivered to hotel staff, both manager and frontline workers in kids clubs and babysitting services. It teaches the managers how to ensure that the staff they employ to work in their child care services are safe as well as how to develop policies and procedures for hotel staff. Training includes how to keep children safe, understanding child abuse, behaviour management strategies, working with children with special needs and managing complaints/concerns about a child or other staff in relation to child protection issues. This training has been delivered to all 5 star hotels in Bali and Fiji after incidents of abuse were reported in these services. Child Wise have received multiple requests from hotels around the world for this training.
